NIGHTWISH

C’est un groupe pour lequel j’ai des périodes, mais une fois remis dedans, c’est compliqué de s’en détacher… Ce genre de musique qui a tendance à me fasciner : la voix de la chanteuse est vraiment incroyable et donne une vraie force à une musique qui alterne entre des passages assez violents et d’autres beaucoup plus calmes.

ALBUM : Highest hopes, 2006 : Après l’éviction de la chanteuse (Tarja Turunen) à la voix si particulière, le groupe a sorti une sorte de best-of, regroupant tous leurs meilleurs titres. Et il faut dire que ça envoie pour le moins du lourd puisque, si on aime ce style, c’est un enchaînement assez fameux de chansons plus ou moins calmes. Mais les albums live valent aussi le déplacement.
